At the foot of the historic Marienberg Monastery in the upper Vinschgau Valley in South Tyrol, this exceptional herbal tea is grown at around 1,200 metres above sea level on a small-scale herbal farm. Hand plucked by diligent pickers and dried under supervision to maintain all the beneficial properties.
