White teas are the most delicate types of tea. They are at least processed of all types of tea. White teas are soft and light, have little body and colour, but are intensely complex. This is due to the fact, that the teas are made from just the new buds or form news buds and very young baby leaves. A very bright, pale golden infusion. A delicate, sweet taste like toasted bread and roses. This white tea has its origin in China. Selected and tested by our Tea Sommelier Paul Campestrini, who trained at the UK Tea Academy London.
