At an altitude of around 2,000 metres above sea level, the tea plant grows slowly, allowing it to develop a unique aroma renowned throughout the world. This is why Darjeeling is often referred to as the \u201cChampagne of teas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The personal relationship between the tea plantation owner, Mr Abhishek Bagaria, and our Tea Sommelier Paul Campestrini enables us to import this tea directly. With no intermediaries, it travels straight from the plantation to our tea manufactory in Brixen, South Tyrol, where it is carefully packed into our specially developed Premium Tea Sachets.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredient from certified organic cultivation: Darjeeling black leaf tea.<\/p>\n<p>Gluten-free, naturally lactose-free and suitable for a vegan diet.<\/p>\n<p>Preparing a pot of tea using loose-leaf tea may seem quite simple. In fact, it is not: experience and a thorough knowledge of the product are required to determine the correct dosage.
