English Breakfast Tea is famous all over the world, however, it is not a kind of a tea, but a blend.

Blends are a mixture of different types of tea and are made by mixing teas from different origin. For this English Breakfast Tea, a strong, dark Assam tea from India with a slight malty hint is being mixed with a full-bodied highland Ceylon tea from Sri Lanka. For this blend, only selected organic grown leaf teas are being used, which are imported directly from the origin countries. As already the denomination suggests, this blend is likely to be taken at breakfast and is highly appreciated for its strong, robust flavour and dark colour.

Our UK Tea Academy-trained Tea Sommelier Paul Campestrini is responsible for the fine tuning of this tea blend.

All ingredients from controlled organic farming: Assam black leaf tea (India ) Ceylon Black leaf tea (Sri Lanka).

Gluten-free, naturally lactose-free, suitable for a vegan diet.

Carefully packed at the tea manufactory in Brixen/South Tyrol / Italy.

Preparing a pot of tea with loose product seems quite simple. But it is not, because you need a lot of experience and knowledge of the product to get the dosage right. The contents of this single packs are always adjusted after harvesting to make around 450 ml (one teapot) of perfectly dosed drink. The single pack is made of natural paper fibre without any additives.
