This excellent Ceylon tea comes from one of the three major tea growing areas in Sri Lanka, the Dimbula District. A distinctive part of Sri Lanka’s best-known tea-growing region, which lies at an altitude of around 1.500 metres above sea level, with sufficient humidity and rainfall as well as a drop in temperature at night. This is where the well-known ‘high grown’ tea thrives, the highland tea, which is characterised by full body, intense flavour and fine texture. The liquor dark reddish amber that with the dept takes an intense ruby red towards copper colour. Selected and tested by our certified Tea Sommelier and imported directly from its country of origin, Sri Lanka.
